Take a look at the condition of the male pins on the sensors and also the female pins on both translator leads. Use a probe to push on each female pin to be sure they stay put. If one of them moves back into the housing the retainer tab needs to be reset. I have a diagram that shows how to do so if that's the case. If all is good with the pins and the problem persists I'll get your a replacement out asap. Sorry for the hassle! Sometimes loose pins like this can make it through the QC process then be intermittent later. (each unit is interrogated digitally for proper operation, response, and accuracy)
